Allison Schnackenberg
As a full-time, expert Realtor® with eXp Realty, I am licensed and actively serving clients in the South Jersey and Greater Philadelphia area. My mission is to offer not only professional, responsive, and attentive real estate services, but also to empower my clients to make informed decisions—whether they are first-time homebuyers or seasoned investors.
What does that look like in practice? It often means you’ll find me with cobwebs in my hair (acquired while climbing into attics or basements to help evaluate a property) or buried in research, performing thorough due diligence. I learn something new about real estate every day, and my greatest pleasure comes from sharing that knowledge and experience with my clients. I’m also not afraid to admit when I don’t know something. If that happens, you can count on me to find the answer within 24 hours.
Apart from residential real estate, a few areas that I have specialist knowledge of: probate and distressed property sales, multi-family properties, relocation (domestic and international), historic homes, and condos and cooperatives. On a personal note, I bring a unique background to my work. Before becoming a Realtor®, I spent my first career in the music industry. My business was based in London and I lived and worked there for over 20 years. Outside of real estate and music, I’m passionate about tattoos, books, cooking, and creating art. I’m also deeply committed to my community, volunteering with several local organizations in both my town and county.
